A unique opportunity exists for an receptionist to co-ordinate the day to day running of our busy chiropractic & massage clinic in Newcastle. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations is the major objective for this role. We are looking for somebody who is very ambitious and eager to learn and grow, is self motivated and has exceptional organisational skills. You must be well presented, energetic and enjoy a fast-paced, challenging, personable and fun environment. You need to be able to multi-task, error free with a gracious air and a friendly smile. Your excellent communication skills and “can-do” attitude will be a great asset to you, as will your superior customer service skills and experience. A knowledge of MYOB will be an advantage. Our clinic is open from 8am until 7.30pm and you will be required to work some Saturday mornings – so being flexible with work-hours is essential. This position will average 30-36hrs/week.
