Easy & convenient parking
There is readily available and convenient on-street or dedicated parking at both our New Lambton and Warners Bay locations respectively.
Arrival time & new patient admin
To ensure a calm and unhurried start to your appointment, our paperwork is sent out prior to your appointment, digitally. Complete this comfortably at home, otherwise please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early – this allows you ample time to settle in and complete any new patient admin.

Step 3: Your First Visit
Your initial consultation is all about you. Our goal is to listen, understand your concerns, and conduct a thorough assessment to better understand the factors contributing to your issue.
While your visit will vary depending on which treatment you’re after, here’s what you can expect:
A warm welcome
When you arrive, our front desk team will greet you, notify your practitioner of your arrival and arrange any new patient admin work to be completed.
Private consultation with your practitioner
You’ll sit down for a one-on-one discussion with your practitioner. This is your time to share your story, discuss your symptoms, review your health history, and define your goals for treatment. This is also the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your condition and the treatment options available at Chiropractic Plus.
Chiropractic patients
For Chiropractic patients, your practitioner will carry out a thorough chiropractic, orthopaedic and neurological examination. Based on your consultation and examination, your chiropractor may also give you a referral to have some bulk-billed X-rays taken at a location convenient to you.
Your first chiropractic treatment
If your chiropractor determines it is safe and appropriate, you may receive your first treatment e.g. a chiropractic adjustment during this initial visit. This first treatment, when appropriate, aims to help restore function, manage pain, and improve your overall well-being.
Chiropractic Report of Findings appointment
With chiropractic appointments, your second visit with the chiropractor is called the Report of Findings. During this appointment, your chiropractor will examine your X-rays and explain their findings in clear, easy-to-understand terms and discuss a treatment plan.
